A highly-regarded Finance Services Company based in the City requires a HR Advisor to join a highly successful team on a temp to perm. The company, with over 7 offices globally, have an ever-growing presence and are looking for a confident candidate with a minimum of 3 years experience working in a generalist HR role. Financial services experience is advantageous but not essential.
Duties to include:
· Providing a generalist and comprehensive HR service to all employees and line managers
· HR operational support
· Monthly payroll submission (Sage)
· Monthly pension submission
· Advising managers and staff on complex HR issues
· Provide HR related management information as required
· Ad-hoc duties as and when required
Applications are welcome from those who have a solid understanding of Payroll / Pension submissions and recruitment processes combined with a sound knowledge of UK employment law. Candidates must be able to work in a stand-alone HR role so a keen attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communications skills are essential. CIPD Qualification is desirable.
