- An exciting new opportunity has arisen at a trading house based in London City for an ARABIC SPEAKING, TECHNICAL ACCOUNT MANAGER with strong IT & Systems skills to join their rapidly expanding technology team in DUBAI. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and developing customer relationships and act as the dedicated point of contact for all ongoing technical queries.
Duties will include:
" Maintaining a good relationship with all stakeholders" Coordinating development management of ISVs & Member Developers" Addressing and advising on all customer technical-related queries" Working with all departments to create change and improvement" Ensuring product roll outs happen on time" Organising launches and upgrades of relevant softwareTo be considered for this position, candidates must be fluent in Arabic, already based in Dubai and be working in a similar role. You will be educated to a degree level (preferably in computer science or a numerical discipline) and have very solid IT skills, especially in trading software. Knowledge of Capital Markets/ Derivatives desirable.
