- Rapidly expanding city based financial services company is seeking a legally qualified COMLIANCE & REGULATORY ANALYST to join their legal department on an initial 6 month contract. You will provide assistance with the administration and management of regulatory relationships and compliance, focusing on clearing. Candidates must hold the LPC qualification and have previous experience working within a financial services company.
· Analytical, supervisory and administrative support
· Engaging with stakeholders on a national and supranational level
· Knowledge of regulatory and legislative requirements , working with colleagues to implement
· Knowledge of rules for queries and drafting contract arrangements
· Strong knowledge of data and licensing structures and regulatory analysis
· Solid experience and excellent legal knowledge to make independent decisions
· Experience working within a regulated environment
To be considered for this position, candidates must be educated to degree level and be legally qualified. You will have good IT and administrative skills, as well as strong communication skills. Candidates with regulatory/compliance experience and knowledge of clearing/exchange operations desirable.
