One of the fastest growing and most talked about Financial Technology firms in London are seeking to recruit a SERVICE IMPROVEMENT ANALYST with Payments / FX knowledge to join them on a permanent basis. Working as part of the Service Management Team, the candidate will support the Service Delivery Manager in developing and maintaining the service management framework (reporting, service improvement, incident management etc) through the collation of data and MI.
Duties to include:
· Responsibility to the Service Delivery Manager to provide analysis, resolution support, address impacting issues, identify and implementing service improvements.
· Working closely to support the Service Delivery Manager, reporting analysts and internal delivery teams.
· Working alongside the Service Management Team, ensuring the company exceeds the client's expectations of the current service.
To be considered for this role, candidates will have gained experience in a similar position, ideally gained within a Financial Services / FinTech environment (payments / FX preferred). Candidates will ideally be ITIL accreddited and have a proven track record of excellent service and client relationship management skills.
