An exciting new position has arisen within a boutique investment house in the City for a Fund Dealer with fluent German language skills. Working within the Execution Team, the successful candidate will be responsible for handling order flow either electronically or from client instruction and ensure that orders are managed within the system, forwarded to the fund providers and executed back to the client in a timely manner. Duties to include:
" Collecting orders and arranging execution and settlement for counterparties
" Executing open orders within the system to both market and client side
" Executing business in third party funds
" Maintaining contact with the fund providers and other custodians to ensure that access to funds and service levels received remain high
" Maintaining Fund Desk data
" Maintaining positive relationships with clients, discussing any additional requirements they may have and meeting their needs.
The successful candidate will have recent relevant Fund Market experience to include Fund Desk Execution, order management system experience and excellent communication skills. Fluency in German is essential.
