City based International bank is seeking to recruit a customer focused payments clerk with fluent Dutch/Flemish language skills to their Customer Services Department. The purpose of the role is to process and authorise payments by SWIFT, Chaps and BACS in a timely manner as well as to respond to customer queries and requests.
Duties to include:" Inputting/processing/authorising payments" Processing domestic and international cheques" Log received audit confirmation requests" Process KYC documentation for new customers" Reconciliation of Nostro Accounts" Set up and maintain customer products to include to include Credit Cards and Electronic Banking" Dealing with customer enquiries and general database maintenance.
To be considered for this role, candidates MUST BE FLUENT DUTCH/FLEMISH and must have gained good SWIFT, Chaps and BACS payment processing experience as well as having a keen eye for detail and the ability to work to tight deadlines.
