Relationship Manager - Property Lending

TO £45K + EX BENS + EX BONUS

An expanding specialist lending group in Central London are seeking a Relationship Manager who specialises in property development/lending. The successful candidate will be required to work alongside a senior director in assisting the management and development of a portfolio of property clients; previous experience working within the residential development funding sector is crucial. Candidates must have proven experience of dealing with valuers, lawyers and project monitoring surveyors.

  Duties include:

·         Client liaison via e mail and telephone.

·         Attending client meetings where necessary.

·         Assistance with research for credit papers for new deals

·         Dealing with facility renewal requests.

·         Coordination with professionals (valuer, lawyer & monitoring surveyor) re due diligence.

·         Inputting loans on our loan management system.

·         Dealing with monthly build drawdowns

·         Monitoring facility excesses and expiry dates

·         Coordinating security release.

·         KYC checks
