- URGENT REQUIREMENT. City-based international banking group requires an experienced, organised and dedicated Roadshow Manager for a Temporary assignment with an immediate start. It is envisage that this role will run until 4th May 2018. You will be responsible for the seamless implementation of all ECM Marketing Roadshows.
Working within ECM, the successful applicant will be required to organise marketing schedules for prospective or existing clients and investors in connection with an equity capital raise.
Duties to include:
· Management and execution of all UK roadshows and events, whilst providing back up for US and EU roadshow execution
· Work with the Events Team responsible for Investor trips
· Internal and external liaison with Roadshow, Event Management team, Sales, Analysts and Corporate Access and clients
· Arranging logistics for all UK roadshows and client-related entertaining events
· Negotiating best available rates with all vendors used.
· Producing accurate reports for department Heads regarding client activity, commission, roadshows etc
· Maintain and distribute weekly roadshow and event invites and calendars to the team and clients
· Creating, update and distribute clear, accurate and concise roadshow/event schedules and investor profiles.
· Coordinating marketing materials and merchandise. Arrange secure online presentation hosting. Print and distribute presentation material for all events.
· Maintaining CRM system
This is a challenging and fast-paced role which will require a keen multi-tasker who can be diplomatic and an effective negotiator in time-sensitive situations. Applicants must have previous deal roadshow experience – with experience of using Ipreo/Iplanner. Knowledge surrounding the effects of Mifid II on corporate access – ie. consumption data logging, payment from investors for meetings etc. would be highly desirable.
