- One of the fastest growing specialist banking groups based in the City have a newly created opportunity for a Credit Manager to join their Mortgages division. The successful candidate will have responsibility for underwriting buy to let mortgage lending within the division and provide delivery of lending decisions based on overall considerations of any risk factors that may arise.
Duties to include:
" Responsible for underwriting of residential buy to let mortgage applications including final checks and sign off on loans
" Undertaking compliance checks
" Ensure that all compliance policies and regulations are adhered to
" Ensure a low level of arrears
" Ensure that all procedures/manuals are developed maintained accurately and documented accordingly to the company's guidelines
" Ensure that the customer is always placed first whilst delivering an exceptional professional service.
To be considered, candidates must have underwriting experience within buy to let mortgages. This is a great opportunity to this rapidly expanding team.
