- Description
- Prestigious Bank based in the West End requires a Messenger / Front of House Officer to join their Facilities Team on a contractual basis of 3 months. The successful candidate will demonstrate solid Messenger / FOH experience ideally gained within a professional services company and will be a well-presented team player. Working hours are 8am – 5pm.
Duties to include:
- Acting as the first point of contact for customers, visitors and guests to the Bank, meeting and greeting and opening the door to them
- Providing security, safety and emergency presence and control
- Acting as the first point of contact for security issues, remaining vigilant at all times
- Providing support and cover for the rest of the team and the wider bank staff
Applicants should have experience in a similar position within a security / FOH capacity. You will demonstrate excellent communication and customer service skills and a flexible, proactive approach to work. Possession of the SIA licence would be an advantage.
