- SENIOR UNDERWRITER– PROPERTY LENDING
TO £50k + BENS + BONUS
Due to rapid expansion this specialist banking group are seeking to recruit a Senior Underwriter to join their Property Lending team. The successful candidate will have overall responsibility for underwriting new Lending applications. Candidate MUST have experience in property lending, particularly development finance, bridging finance and commercial lending.
Duties to include:
- Establish a customer-centric culture within the team, ensure all services and products are developed and designed in a manner which is appropriate to customer needs
- Ensure that all compliance policies and regulations adhered to
- Responsible for the ongoing development of your team providing training as required
- Liaising with internal departments (Legal, Risk and Sales) and external parties (Surveyors, Solicitors and Customers).
