- Excellent opportunity has arisen for driven individuals looking for the next step up. The successful applicant will have solid experience in Treasury Operations with a strong focus on FX / MM settlements. In order to join this international banking group candidates must be motivated individuals with the ambition to develop further.
Duties to include:
" Ensure smooth operation of clearing and settlement function for all treasury products
" Liaise with front office, clients, brokers and custodians to resolve trade and settlement issues
" Ensure all transactions are booked correctly and checked/authorised.
" Perform reconciliations to ensure data capture accuracy and completeness.
" Assist with the supervision of a team of staff, checking work and assisting with training
" Define/monitor daily settlement procedures to streamline workflow, to ensure quality of service
" Assist with the processes are adapted/enhanced to ensure a consistently high level of service.
Requirements:
" Solid FX and MM product and settlements knowledge
" Detail-minded, positive attitude, a good team player, able to multi-task and to work under pressure
" Strong interpersonal and communication skills
