An exciting opportunity has arisen within an International Banking group in the City for an experienced Credit & Lending Administration Officer to join their Credit & Lending team. The successful candidate will be responsible all administrative tasks in relation to loan facilities, ensuring the tasks are carried out promptly and accurately. To be considered for this role, candidates must have at least 2 years experience gained within a Loan Administration role, ideally focused on Corporate Banking/or Private Banking.
Duties will include:
- Ensure that the inputs for credit facilities on the internal loan system adhere to approved credit proposals and are properly maintained and updated.
- Prepare and check all drawdown letters, interest confirmations, redemption figures / letters are issued to customers or solicitors.
- Prepare and check statement of loan interest paid issued to customers / accountants
- Process all required manual transactions required on a day to day basis.
- Monitor the progress of facilities which are due for maturity
- Prepare loan statistics required by Credit Committee and Financial department
