As an innovative financial technology company based in the City that specialise in FX Trading & P2P lending are looking for an IT Manager to join their growing company. They need a candidate to lead, plan and manage the IT infrastructure as they scale up their operations and grow as a business. You will lead the overall IT strategy, taking charge of all IT not limited to hardware, Windows desktop, active directory, our Network and VOIP phone system.Specifically, you will:" Oversee all needs around infrastructure and hardware provisioning including building and maintaining vendor relationships and manage the purchase of hardware and software products" Define, implement, and manage the Company's IT infrastructure including data / voice networks, End User Compute and applications." Provide best in class IT support to users, ensuring the timely resolution of all incidents and problems" Ensure the smooth running of all IT systems including anti-virus, printer services, IP telephony etc" Manage the entire Microsoft 365 ecosystem, including Azure AD, Intune, O365, SharePoint, OneDrive & Microsoft Teams including the implementation of compliance policies, Data Loss Prevention and Azure information protection" Design and recommendation of new solutions and technologies and manage changes, releases and builds to secure delivery against an agreed roadmap and reduce the risk of any negative impact on the company's business." Implement / improve, test and manage the IT element of the company's disaster recovery plan and possible ASR (Azure Site Recovery)" Assist the overseas team in the management of the infrastructure of our off-site data centre in the UK" Support website related projectsKey skills -" At least 3+ years' experience in an IT Support and implementation role" Experience in network administration & support across a wintel environment including, but not limited to, Windows Server 2016, Hyper-V, Office 365, Win 10 enterprise" 1st, 2nd, 3rd Line Desktop, Server, Active Directory and VOIP support" Able to improve, configure and support a hybrid local AD / Azure AD and M365 environment" Mobile Device management, Intune with device policies and configs" Azure information Protection (AIP) and data loss prevention policies (DLP)" Able to configure and support Windows domain environment including Active Directory, Group Policies, DNS, DHCP, AD Connect, SSO" Knowledge of TCP/IP, Firewalls (SonicWall), general networking and topologies, wi-fi, connectivity, and knowledge of best practice IT security" Knowledge and experience of supporting VOIP systems" Track record of adhering to SLAs and liaising between teams to get the best result for the business and our clients.This vacancy is being advertised by Montpellier Resourcing Limited.
