Boutique London Based Company are seeking an all-round Marketing Manager to join them on a permanent basis. The company is looking for a candidate with all-round Marketing skills to manage lead generation and the entire online & offline mix. Duties to include

• Full responsibility for managing website, landing pages and client application flow
• Competitor monitoring and end-to-end marketing oversight
• Build on the current strategy to significantly increase growth taking ultimate responsibility for lead generation
• Managing all areas of online and offline marketing
• Budget control, justifying decisions against KPIs and ROI
• Manage relationships and be first point of contact with media, agencies and suppliers
• Oversee content production and all social media
• Liaise with the Sales team for strategies
• Monitor Press Coverage

Essential Skills

• Must possess an understanding of Financial Services
• Excellent CRM Management
• Experience in a broad range of digital marketing techniques, including solid knowledge of Google Analytics, PPC, content management
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Ability to influence strategy using data and insight
• An ability to work efficiently and effectively in a high pressure environment with changing priorities
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to work collaboratively within the team and across the organisation
