- PROPERTY LENDING CASE MANAGER (HERFORDSHIRE)
TO £30K + BENS + BONUS
An expanding specialist lending banking group based in Hertfordshire are seeking a Case Manager to join their growing team. The ideal candidate for the Case Manager position will be responsible for managing the entire lending process from application through to drawdown to include oversight of the underwriting and due diligence processes. Candidates must be able to demonstrate a number of years experience within property lending, candidates with experience of bridging lending will be at an advantage.
Key Responsibilities:- Action new lending requests for bridging loans and analyse credit worthiness
- Prepare detailed credit proposals for submission to the Credit Committee
- Liaising extensively with solicitors, lawyers, valuers and surveyors
- Preparing offer documentation and ensuring all loan conditions are met throughout the drawdown process
