- Description
- A fantastic opportunity for an IT HELPDESK SUPPORT ANALYST has arisen within a rapidly expanding international bank based in central London. You will be working in a fast-paced, demanding Windows environment and will be required to manage multiple tasks to deadlines. Duties to include:
- Dealing with 1st line support queries
- Logging, tracking and resolving incidents and service requests relating to desktops, IP phone systems, printers and AV systems
- Helpdesk administration including new starter set up, phone management and set up
- Set up of user accounts, access and licences
- Maintain equipment inventories
- Phone system management
- Assist with software test and implementation
- Perform system backups
Applications will meet either of the following criteria:
- Recentgraduate in a relevant subject e.g. Computer Science
- College diploma in a relevant subject e.g. Computer Science and some relevant work experience
- Solid recent relevant helpdesk experience with a working knowledge of helpdesk software, databases and remote control
As well as excellent technical and troubleshooting skills, the ideal Helpdesk Support Analyst will have first class communication (written and spoken English) and organisational skills, a keen attention to detail with a strong customer focus.
