- Exciting new opportunity within a City-based international banking group has arisen for an FX Payments / Investigations Officer for a period of 6 - 12 months. The successful candidate will have solid experience of processing FX trades and conducting Nostro Recs Investigations gained within a banking or financial services background. Duties to include:"Investigating nostro breaks and ensuring all post settlement investigations are resolved in a timely manner"Reconciliation of payments"Effecting payments in SWIFT"Dealing with payment amendments in SWIFT and processing of selected payments"Acting as a point of contact for Correspondent Bank and customer queries"Dealing with return of fundsApplicants MUST have solid FX / payments investigations experience with a sound understanding of SWIFT messaging and a customer-focussed approach to work.
