BDM - DEVELOPMENT FINANCE (NORTH ENGLAND)

Up to £EX + bens + bonus

Exciting opportunity to join a specialist lending group who have recently acquired a new arm to their lending offering – this role is will be based in the North of England and will be heavily focussed on new business origination. The company require a BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER who specialises in Property Finance, with a particular focus on DEVELOPMENT FINANCE. Candidates must be able to demonstrate strong proven track record of developing business within this area.

This is an ideal opportunity for a candidate with strong intermediary connections in MIDLANDS / NORTH ENGLAND to grow a new area of the banks existing business.

Duties include;

• Generating new business and maintaining established portfolio
• Reach all activity targets in relation to lending applications; develop and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external parties in order to achieve this
• Regular contact with brokers, solicitors, clients, and valuers - ensuring that valuations and reports are professional and comply with bank procedures; quickly follow on those that don't
• Positive promotion of the company through external events etc.
