- Expanding Property Finance company based in Central London is seeking an experienced CREDIT UNDERWRITER to join their Development Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Head of Development in managing client relationships - with a particular focus on preparing credit applications. In addition, the successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with the full servicing and underwriting of the Loan portfolio to include co-ordination of the loan drawdown process and the preparation of facility letters and credit applications.
Duties to include:
" Completions, Site visits and Receipt, application of funds and redemptions
" Undertaking required Compliance (KYC) checks.
The successful candidate will hold several years of experience from Credit through to Portfolio Management within Property Finance. Candidates must have a broad knowledge of CREDIT and LENDING to cover the whole process from inception to drawdown coupled with strong underwriting and analytical skills. To apply for this role candidates MUST have a good working knowledge of LOAN AGREEMENTS, SECURITY DOCUMENTATION and LEGAL CHARGES.
