- An exciting new opportunity has arisen within renowned Private Bank in central London for a Wealth Planning Assistant. You will be required to support the Head of Desk with strong wealth planning administration and assist with client-facing matters as they work to build and develop the desk further.
Duties to include:
· Liaising with product providers and managing the day to day client and provider queries
· Arranging, and preparing for and attending client meetings, assisting with presentations and meetings
· Producing client reports and projections
· Maintenance of wealth planning database
· Maintenance of all marketing materials and procedures manuals
· Ensure new business proposals are inputted to the system correctly and are in line with company procedures, ensuring that all advice given is compliant
· Ensure client files and correspondence are recorded accurately and maintained accordingly to the compliance procedures.
To be considered for this opportunity, applicants should have previous recent, relevant wealth planning experience with a solid understanding of wealth planning products to include SIPPS, Bonds, life assurance protection and tax efficient investments. Financial planning qualifications would be welcomed but are not essential. Experience of using financial planning platforms such as Voyant or Intelliflo would be useful. You will demonstrate with first class communication skills (both written and verbal) and strong MS Office skills.
