TO £50K + BENS + BONUS
Specialist property finance company in the city is seeking a Completions Manager to join their continuously expanding commercial mortgages team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the management of the completion process, from credit sanctioning to drawdown - including liaising with legal professionals and ensuring all due diligence of documentation is correct and in place.
Duties to include;
Ensuring the completion process runs smoothly from receipt of draft COT to completion and acting as a main point of contact for solicitors
Liaising with the internal and external legal departments regarding legal due diligence and documentation
Responsible for handling all complaints
Ensuring all loan documents are recorded accurately, safely and securely on all internal systems
The successful candidate must have prior experience in a completions role within property finance.
