UP TO £37K + BENS
Exciting new opportunity within a City-based international banking group has arisen for an FX Payments Investigations Officer. The successful candidate will have solid experience of processing FX trades and conducting Nostro Recs Investigations gained within a banking or financial services background. Duties to include:
" Investigating nostro breaks and ensuring all post settlement investigations are resolved in a timely manner
" Reconciliation of payments
" Effecting payments in SWIFT
" Dealing with payment amendments in SWIFT and processing of selected payments
" Acting as a point of contact for Correspondent Bank and customer queries
" Dealing with return of funds
Applicants MUST have solid FX / payments investigations experience with a sound understanding of SWIFT messaging and a customer-focussed approach to work.
