SENIOR UNDERWRITING MANAGER - PROPERTY LENDING

TO 100K + BENS + BONUS

Due to rapid expansion this Private Equity Company based in Central London who specialize in bridging loans, secured lending and residential mortgages have a brand new opportunity for a Senior Underwriting Manager to work alongside the board in assessing and recommending new lending propositions within the Development and Bridging finance space. The successful candidate will have overall responsibility for the assessment of applications and lending decisions and will play a key role in the ongoing development of the department:

" Assess all loan applications, making educated underwriting decisions in line with Company policies, procedures and lending criteria

" Regularly liaising with the board and presenting to the credit committee

" Development and implementation of department policies and procedures

" Ensure that all compliance policies and regulations adhered to

" Ensure that all measures are taken to mitigate risk

" To ensure that all regulatory requirements are adhered to throughout the process

The successful candidate must have a strong background in bridging and development lending at a senior level as well as strong management/decision making skills. Candidates must be able to demonstrate a proven track record of underwriting for property lending.
