REGULATORY REPORTING ACCOUNTANT – (INTERNATIONAL BANKING)

To £55k + BENS + BONUS

A specialist international bank based in West London is seeking a REGULATORY REPORTING ACCOUNTANT to join their accounting team. Candidates will be responsible for the overall accuracy of reports such as international regulatory reporting, UK regulatory reporting (FCA, PRA and BOE) and tax reporting. To apply for this position candidates must have had experience producing these regulatory reports.

Duties to include;

UK Regulatory reporting (PRA & BOE) and regulatory reporting into an international monetary body
Tax reporting (Corporation Tax, VAT and BBSI)
Daily P/L reporting, liquidity positions, daily nostro reconciliations, invoice processing and various control functions and Management accounts
Preparing monthly Balance Sheet and Profit and Loss
Monthly statements of Subsidiary Large Exposures report
To check all other reports completed by the Financial Control Officers, such as Bank of England reports.
The successful candidate will be ideally have 3+ years in a Regulatory Reporting role gained within International banking (ideally Retail banking background). Applicants will have a good understanding of accounting for FX & Internal Swaps. Previous bank auditing experience is also advantageous.
