Excellent opportunity has arisen within this City-based Private Bank for a Loan Documentation Assistant. Working to support the Team Manager, you will be responsible for the accurate and timely preparation and checking of loan documentation. Candidates who are CeMAP (Level 3) qualified or equivalent will be at a distinct advantage.
Duties to include:- Preparation of loan documentation, include non-standard documentation
- Ensuring the database is maintained and updated frequently with regard to loan and customer data
- Liaison with internal and external stakeholders to include Front Office, lawyers and valuers
- Providing quality assurance and oversight function to ensure credit documentation quality and adherence to policies and standard operating procedures
- Ensuring maintenance and compliance of legal documentation
To be considered for this opportunity candidates must have undertaken a similar role - ideally within a private client environment and have a sound knowledge of the loan documentation process, loan security and the Consumer Credit Act. You will demonstrate strong analytical skills with a methodical and conscientious approach to work.
