- A newly created opportunity for Head of Marketing has arisen within a small but dynamic financial services organising based in Central London. The company has ambitious growth plans for 2019, this is a critical hire in which the successful candidate will be responsible for leading alldigital, marketing, communications, partnerships and audience activities across all platforms. The candidate will ideally have Senior Management marketing experience gained within a financial services / mortgage lending environment and will have full autonomy to manage the creative direction of the company.
Duties to include:
- Lead, manage and direct all marketing activities.
- Plan and create marketing strategy to enhance the brand by using campaigns, events, digital marketing and PR to attract new customers and retain existing clients Maintain a good working relationship with key accounts and potential business clients.
- Keep abreast of industry trends and competitor strategy using analytical frameworks, strategic business models and tools,
- Constant interaction with different roles and departments within the business.
- Develop marketing strategy for new and existing products.
- Monitor market trends
- Other ad-hoc duties as required
The role requires a proactive, adaptable candidate with experience in strategically developing a complex stakeholder environment. They ought to have 5+ years of marketing and digital marketing (website and CMS) experience, with marketing-related qualifications and senior management experience. The successful candidate will have experience in financial services, and will be a natural verbal and written communicator who thrives in a fast-paced and stimulating environment.
