- A fantastic opportunity has arisen within a rapidly expanding International Banking group for a Static Data Administrator for a contractual period of six months. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining high quality static data across various systems, registering new customers and related product / settlement / regulatory information.
Duties to include:
· Checking all client account opening documentation before final submission to ensure it complies with guidelines.
· Maintaining and approving Standard Settlement Instructions (SSI's)
· Manage and respond to Audit Requests received on behalf of Clients.
· Set-up and amend user ensuring that proper controls are maintained and that access rights are granted in line with the company policies
· Prepare daily statements to send to clients
· Manage the unblocking and re blocking of Dormant, Sanctioned and Operational accounts
To be considered for this exciting opportunity with excellent potential for progression, applicants must have previous experience in maintaining static data including maintaining customer information, SSI's and credit limits and demonstrate and sound understanding of anti-money laundering and Compliance guidelines.
