- A central London based international gaming company has a fantastic opportunity for a French-speaking HR Officer. The successful candidate will be dedicated, passionate and a detail-oriented analytical thinker. The role offers exciting potential for growth, with unlimited scope on senior tasks.
The role will involve ensuring HR policies line up with regulatory standards, as well as the company’s values. In so doing, the candidate will assess risk areas through the conduction of spot tests. They will ensure all staff is appropriately trained, and act as link between the company and supervisory bodies.
Crucially, the successful candidate will communicate with French stakeholders, coordinating, reviewing and reworking HR processes and policies.
Duties will include:
- Overseeing and reviewing processes and policies across overseas operations, constantly seeking to improve their delivery.
- Recruitment:
Relationship building (French and English)
Coordinating French internships
- Joiners and Leavers:
Setting up individual and company-wide technology profiles
Setting up joiners on benefits providers
Leaver administration
- Compliance:
GDPR
Anti-slavery policy
Managing work permit processes
Health and Safety
- Training:
Curate training content (French)
Managing appraisals
- Intranet:
Curating user list
Ensuring content is current
Updating home page, adding content (French)
Establishing Process Flow tools
To be considered, the candidate will be educated to degree level (or the equivalent) with peerless oral and written communication skills. They will confidently navigate MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio), and have excellent Project Management skills. They will be innovative and adaptable.
The candidate will hold a valid passport and must be prepared to undertake international travel.
