- A growing, London-based Recruitment Agency is looking for an enthusiastic experience Recruitment Consultant to join their expanding, friendly team. This opportunity offers flexible working options to include working from home, term-time hours etc.
This is a 360 role and we will consider applicants who have experience recruiting into Admin / Secretarial or Banking and Finance sectors and you will be provided with equipment to ensure your processes run as smoothly as possible. You will also have the support of the team in the office.
- Posting adverts.
- Vetting candidates.
- Liaising with clients and candidates.
- Cold calling prospective clients and candidates.
- Scheduling interviews.
- Preparing candidates for Interview and advisingcandidates on resignations
- Negotiating new business and offers
You will have the following skills and experiences:- Previous experience in a similar role within the industry.
- A background in sales.
- Confidence in liaising with both clients and candidates.
- To be target driven and self-motivated.
