We have exciting growth plans ahead and have acquired a number of new rewarding recruitment mandates and are looking to hire on a trainee Recruitment Consultant. You’ll be trained in the full 360 Recruitment process, from candidate generation and headhunting through to sales and generating an impressive client list and you’ll receive one-on-one training from the Director / Senior Consultants throughout.
What will you be doing?
- Searching for candidates, using database and various tools, platforms and headhunting
- Screening and qualifying and briefing candidates & following recruitment procedures in line with client requirements
- Maintaining and building strong and lasting relationships within the industry
- Proactive, front-footed approach to generating prospects & spotting new lead opportunities for new business
- Working against tight deadlines and targets
You will be:
- A graduate or 2nd jobber with b2b sales experience
- Ambitious
- Entrepreneurial
- Goal-driven
- Possess excellent communication skills
- Confident
- Not afraid of hard work
