- An expanding specialist lending group based in Central London are seeking an experienced Team Manager to supervise their Property Portfolio Management team (RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENT). Candidates must be able to demonstrate strong supervisory skills in leading the team to ensure minimal errors and a fast turnover of work. The ideal candidate will also possess prior relationship management experience in dealing with clients from inception through to redemption. Candidates possessing a strong understanding of legal factors relating to property development lending will be at an advantage.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Supervising and mentoring the team of Lending Case Managers
- Expanding and maintaining client relationships and developing the Loan portfolio.
- Coordination of the loan drawdown process and the preparation of facility letters and credit applications.
- Interpreting and acting on recommendations from bank advisors
The successful candidate will hold several years of experience from Loan administration through to Portfolio Management within Property Development Finance and will also have solid supervisory experience. Candidates must have a broad knowledge of Credit and Lending to cover the whole process from inception to drawdown, coupled with strong underwriting and analytical skills.
