- Description
- City based International bank is seeking to recruit a customer focused payments clerk to their Customer Services Department. The purpose of the role is to process and authorise payments by SWIFT, Chaps and BACS in a timely manner as well as to respond to customer queries and requests.
Duties to include:
- Inputting/processing/authorising payments
- Processing domestic and international cheques
- Log received audit confirmation requests
- Process KYC documentation for new customers
- Reconciliation of Nostro Accounts
- Set up and maintain customer products to include to include Credit Cards and Electronic Banking
- Dealing with customer enquiries and general database maintenance.
- To be considered for this role, candidates must have gained good SWIFT, Chaps and BACS payment processing experience as well as having a keen eye for detail and the ability to work to tight deadlines.
