- Brand new opportunity to join a new property lender based in Central London – the business is rapidly expanding and the team require the services of an quantity surveyor with experience of working on property development projects. The lender specialise in short term funding for both commercial and residential property – candidates must have experience working in this area. The person must be accountable for aspects of surveying and site functions of projects:
- Procurement and commercial control of sub-contract packages.
- Maximisation of value recovery, cost control and cash management.
- Preparing interim and agreement of final accounts.
