This is a fantastic opportunity for a graduate with a interest in property & previous experience in an analytical role within financial services!
A Specialist Property Finance company based in Central London is seeking a LENDING ANALYST to join their continuously expanding team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting Lending Managers in developing existing client relationships and for assisting with the full servicing of the Development Loan portfolio to include co-ordination of the loan drawdown process and the preparation of facility letters and credit applications.
Duties to include;
- Ensure portfolio data is maintained and analysed for reporting purposes
- Assisting with credit applications and preparing facility letters
- Redemptions and undertaking required Compliance (KYC) checks
- Liaising with solicitors, lawyers, and valuers in relation to development
- Completions, Site visits, Receipt and application of funds
- Carry out analysis on property market research in order to keep the team up to date with the latest trends and opinion
The successful candidate will ideally have experience in Property Finance (specifically within development finance), ideally in a banking environment. Candidates must be of graduate calibre, possess an analytical mindset and must have a keen interest in property development. You will be a personable and enthusiastic individual who is committed to working in a team.
