- An exciting opportunity has opened up in a specialist global trading house for a fluent Swedish speaking Client Account Manager. The successful candidate will have experience in providing efficient customer service via the telephone, email and in person. Candidates must have had prior experience in managing client requests/client servicing ideally in a trading house or financial services environment.
Duties will include:-Using SalesForce-Directing queries to the relevant leader/ expert within a dynamic internal corporation-Organising schedules, including meetings and events-Meeting department and individual KPI’s
They will have:-Fluency in Swedish-Interpersonal and communication skills-Analytical brain, with logical problem solving skills-Knowledge of financial markets and products-Selling skills-A degree-Customer service experience
The successful candidate will enjoy a challenge, and will want to try new approaches to find the most effective process. They will enjoy collaborative work, but will be equally happy working independently.
