- PAYMENTS OFFICER - PRIVATE BANKING (12 MONTHS)
A great new opportunity has arisen within a City-based Private Bank for a Payments Officer for a 12-month contractual period. Working within the Banking Operations Department, the successful candidates will be responsible for the processing of CHAPS, SWIFT and Faster Payments.
Duties include:
" Inputting / checking / release of payments
" Credit clearing
" Payment investigations
" Foreign cheque collection and outward payments
" Checking Standing Orders and Direct Debit origination.
To be considered for this role candidates must have previous SWIFT, CHAPS and Faster Payments processing experience, demonstrate a keen eye for detail and be able to work effectively to strict deadlines. A strong customer focus is essential to this role.
