- Our client is a dynamic and progressive specialist lender based in Central London that provide bridging & development finance to the UK property market. Due to ambitious growth plans and imminent launch into the P2P lending sector, they are currently recruiting for a tech-driven Chief Operating Officer to join their executive team who will be responsible for the efficient operation and continued growth of the business.
Duties include:
- Directly responsible for the successful development of multiple teams including Lending Operations, Regulatory / Compliance, HR & IT.
- Management of all operational procedures including the achievement of all key performance indicators and targets.
- Involved in making strategic operational decisions to drive the business forwards.
- Demonstrable track record in financial and operational management.
- Oversight of all the key process and procedures to ensure an effective and agile operations function.
