- Excellent opportunity has arisen within this City based Private Bank for a Credit / Lending Analyst for 10 month fixed term contract to cover maternity. Working within a small, supportive team you will be responsible for the credit administration ranging from new applications through to the monitoring of existing facilities. Duties to include:
· Preparation of credit proposals for submission to Credit Committee
· Preparation of loan of loan decisions
· Preparation of the lending documentation identifying and raising any issues that may arise, through to drawdown
· Liaising with accountants and solicitors until the loan is in place
· Administration of existing facilities including rollovers and calculation of fees
· Producing reports
To be considered for this opportunity candidates must have undertaken a similar credit role - ideally within a private client environment with previous experience of commercial lending and have a solid understanding of MCOB / MMR / CCA and loan securities and know credit documentation knowledge. CeMAP would be highly desirable although not essential. You will demonstrate strong analytical skills with a methodical and conscientious approach to work.
