We are working with a leading insurance provider in West Yorkshire who is seeking to recruit a Business Development Executive. The successful candidate will come from a customer service background with experience of working in sales.
Duties to include:
· Contribute to the development and building of relationships with by providing outstanding customer service
· Speaking to prospective and existing clients, to qualify new business leads and develop existing prospects
· Build a strong prospect database by building relationships with customers and identifying sales opportunities.
· Contribute to departmental targets
· Working closely with qualifying and advising functions to ensure accurate and effective conversion of enquiries.
· Accurately recording renewal information
· Maintain and develop market awareness of products and covers available
Requirements for the role:
·Entrepreneurial, motivated and confident working to targets
·Ability to establish positive rapport
·A friendly professional demeanour and ability to excel in a team oriented environment
·Excellent communication skills over the phone and face to face
·Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
