- An expanding specialist lending group based in the heart of London are seeking a Case/Portfolio Manager to join their growing team. The ideal candidate for the Case Manager position will be responsible for managing the entire post credit sanction process from drawdown to the oversight of the case, underwriting of renewals and the due diligence processes. To apply for this role, candidates must be able to demonstrate experience within property development lending.Key Responsibilities:• Action new lending requests for development and/or bridging loans• Manage the entire post credit sanctioning process• Prepare renewal credit proposals for submission to the Credit Committee• Liaising extensively with solicitors, lawyers, valuers and surveyors• Preparing offer documentation and ensuring all loan conditions are met throughout the drawdown processThis is a great opportunity for an adaptable, approachable and professional individual who wishes to develop their career in a thriving, fast-moving and dynamic environment.
