- An exciting opportunity has opened up in a specialist global trading house for a Client Services Manager with fluent German language skills. The successful candidate will have experience in providing first-class customer service. They must be thorough and efficient and will be evaluated on speed, abandoned rate and call monitoring. Candidates must have relevant financial services experience from a trading environment.
Duties will include:
- Providing a best-in-class service to clients via phone, webchat, email or in person
- Directing queries to the relevant leader/ expert within a dynamic internal corporation
- Introduce services /products / opportunities to clients and maximise client activations / reactivations
- Organising schedules, including meetings and events
- Meeting department and individual KPI's
You will have:
- Fluency in German (written and spoken)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Analytical mind, with problem-solving skills
- Effective time management skills
- A sound knowledge of financial markets and products
- The ability to upsell / cross sell
Applicants will ideally be degree-educated (or the equivalent) with previous client service / account management experience gained within in a trading environment. The successful candidate will enjoy a challenge and demonstrate a client-focussed attitude with a desire to try new approaches to find the most effective process. You will enjoy collaborative work but will be equally happy working independently. Fluency in German is ESSENTIAL to this role.
