Thriving international bank based in the City is seeking an Office Assistant to strengthen their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing general office assistance to ensure the smooth running of the office. Duties to include:
- Answering incoming calls and directing callers to relevant person
- Meeting and greeting visitors
- Booking and setting up meeting rooms
- Dealing with outgoing / incoming post and couriers
- Scanning, filing and archiving
- Order and taxis and couriers
- Booking travel
- Assisting with diary management and coordinating meetings
- Producing presentations and meeting packs
- Maintaining stationary supply levels
- Assist with organising events
This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual who is seeking to break into financial services or kick-start their career in the City. You will have at least 6 months office administration experience gained within a corporate environment and be educated to a minimum of A-Level, or equivalent, with sound IT skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Applicants will be well-presented, with excellent verbal communication skills, organisational skills and previous work experience gained within in an office environment.
