An exciting opportunity for a Sales Support Administrator has arisen within the Business Development team of a global asset management firm. Based in their Birmingham office, the main purpose of the role will be to provide administrative sales support to two Managing Directors.

Duties will include:

· Provide sales support to the senior sales team, including organising, inputting and maintaining information on the database and recording sales activity.

· Work with other members of the team to develop sales activity through co-ordinating meetings and following up with clients.

· Prepare and co-ordinate presentations

· Assist with the distribution of marketing materials

· Carry out information searches and market research

· Develop and understand the range of products sold by the company and the company culture that goes along with them

To be considered for this role, the successful candidate must possess 3+ years’ experience in a similar sales support role within the Asset / Investment Management sector. You must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, including complex spreadsheets and PowerPoint.
