- A dynamic & forward-thinking specialist lender based in Central London are seeking to hire an experienced Lending Manager to proactively seek new borrowers and source leads, focusing on bridging & development finance transactions. This is ‘cradle-to-grave’ role so you will be responsible for managing the entire lending process from inception to completion. Candidates must be able to demonstrate a strong track record of developing new business within the specialist property finance space, with a strong focus on Bridging & Development finance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop new business opportunities and contacts - proactively seeking new borrowers and sourcing leads focused on bridging & development finance.
- Building on existing relationships and establishing new relationships with clients in key markets and geographies.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers and ensure the KYC compliance requirement is met.
- Conducting full due diligence on new deals & prepare credit facility proposals accordingly.
- Ensuring that the pipeline business is reviewed within the agreed company guidelines.
