- International Banking Group is seeking to recruit a Loans Administration Analyst with experience of Agency loans to join their loan processing team. The purpose of the role will be to service the loan portfolio, oversee control of loan processing and deal with any Agency loan-related enquiries.
Duties to include
- Processing rollovers and drawdowns and rate fixing
- Checking loan documentation
- Carrying out loan reconciliations
- Monitoring covenants
- Processing and settlement of payments by SWIFT
- Liaising with front office to ensure the smooth transition of restructured deals and processing of new ones
- Liaising with participants and internal parties, answering queries
- Managing consent and waivers
- Checking work of less experienced team members and assisting with workflow
- Preparing MI reports
- Processing transfers
This is a great opportunity to build upon your Agency loans administration experience within a growing institution, experience of using Loan IQ or ACBS would be highly desirable although not essential.
