- Description
- An expanding international banking group based in central London have created a new RELATIONSHIP MANAGER role specialising in REAL ESTATE LENDING, managing existing relationships and supporting new business development. This is a fantastic opportunity for a candidate looking for an all-encompassing role within Property Lending - candidates must be able to demonstrate strong credit skills.
Duties to include:
- Generate new business and maintain established portfolio
- Reach all activity targets; Developing and maintaining strong working relationships with internal and external parties in order to achieve this
- Draft high quality credit papers and facility documentation for transactions and carry out credit reviews on existing customers
- Meet new clients, follow up enquiries and establish relationships with introducers and other avenues into the business
- Liaise and manage relationships with co-funding banks on syndicated and club transactions including negotiating terms and legal documentation
- Act as an ambassador for the company by understanding and delivering the brand values
Requirements for the role:
- Relationship management experience within the Property Lending space with proven experience originating / cultivating new business relationships
- Excellent Credit skills
- The ability to demonstrate and apply strong practical knowledge of Islamic banking
