We are currently growing our bank of Care Assistants to work around Brentwood, Benfleet and Rayleigh - so you will need to live within these areas or nearby. You must be eligible to live and work in the UK, be over 18 years of age (a legal requirement to work as a Care Assistant), have a UK driving licence and your own vehicle.
If you have experience as a Care Assistant, Support Worker, Carer or Care Giver we would love to hear from you. Likewise, if you are new to care please do not be deterred as full training and support will be provided!
We encourage people from different sectors to apply, such as: cabin crew, hospitality, retail and cleaning. The main thing we will be looking for is for you to have a genuine passion to care and support our clients.
As a Care Assistant your duties will include supporting our clients in the local community within their own home by providing personal care, assisting clients with medication prompting, washing, dressing, shopping, housekeeping, meal preparation and companionship.
COVID-19 considerations:
All our Care Assistants are provided with full PPE (gloves, masks, aprons, visors, shoe coverings, sanitizer etc) and will be given full training and guidance on how to use these safely and effectively.
