- Description
- A specialist international bank based in the City is seeking a REGULATORY REPORTING ACCOUNTANT to join their Finance Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the production, overall accuracy and submission of internal reports to senior management and UK regulatory reports (FCA, PRA) as well as monitoring for regulatory triggers. To apply for this position candidates must have had experience producing FCA and PRA reports with experience gained within a banking environment.
Duties to include;
- Preparation and submission of UK regulatory reports and returns (FCA, PRA & BoE)
- Ensuring that regulatory requirements are adhered to
- Daily reporting for liquidity, cash collateral, capital adequacy leverage and group solvency
- Liaison with teams across the business to obtain information for accurate reporting
- Assist with the production of Board reports and the consolidation of the ALCO pack
- Keep abreast of regulatory changes
- To check all other reports completed by the Financial Control Officers, such as Bank of England reports.
The successful candidate will be ideally have 4+ years in a regulatory reporting role gained within banking. Applicants will have a good understanding of FCA and PRA regulatory requirements and will be qualified at a minimum of PQ ACCA, or equivalent.
