- Description
- Niche City-based Investment House wishes to recruit a Client Services Executive to join their Investment Operations Team. This role will require the successful candidate to have both investment administration experience and a keen client service focus. Duties to include:
- Producing valuation reports
- Responding to client queries and assisting with investigations, ensuring any investment-related queries are referred to certified staff members
- Onboarding new accounts
- Dealing with closures
- Processing transfers
- Processing payments
- Maintaining client accounts
- Produce client and marketing documentation and presentations
- Provide admin support to Investment Managers and arrange meetings
- Maintain CRM
- Oversee record management (both electronic and physical)
To be considered for this role it is essential that candidates have relevant direct investment admin experience as well as client services experience and demonstrate excellent communication and influencing skills with the ability to liaise with people at all levels.
